Public Offer

Terms for using GIFRS and purchasing a digital subscription. Effective 11 August 2026.

1. General terms

This document is a public offer for digital services. Registration with confirmation, payment, or explicit acceptance by an existing subscriber constitutes acceptance.

2. Service

GIFRS provides tools for creating, editing, publishing and storing mini-sites, AI materials and Together Booth sessions. Available features depend on the selected plan.

Users are responsible for uploaded content and for obtaining permission from people shown or invited.

3. Account and age

Paid features require an account. Users must provide accurate information and protect access. Payment must be made by an adult with legal capacity or a legal representative.

4. Price and payment

Price, duration and limits are shown before payment. Atmos processes HUMO and UZCARD payments. GIFRS does not receive the full card number or CVV. A subscription activates after provider confirmation.

5. Auto-renewal

Auto-renewal is enabled only by a separate user action. The next amount and date are shown in the account. Future charges may be cancelled at any time; access remains until the paid period ends.

6. User content

Users retain their rights and grant GIFRS only the limited processing rights needed to operate the service. A published site is accessible through a public link. Illegal, harmful or infringing content is prohibited.

7. Availability

GIFRS takes reasonable steps to keep the service stable, but short interruptions may occur. Confirmed failures are handled by restoring the service or applying the Refund Policy.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling auto-renewal stops future charges only. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of this offer. Mandatory consumer rights prevail.

9. Liability

The parties are liable within the laws of Uzbekistan. GIFRS is not responsible for independent banks, networks or providers, but assists with confirmed failures.

10. Changes and disputes

A new version is published here with an effective date. Active subscribers are asked to reconfirm material changes. Disputes should first be sent to the contact email and are governed by Uzbekistan law.
